Ari Lennox
Courtney Shanade Salter (born March 26 1991) is better known under her professional surname Ari Lennox is an American musician and singer who hails from Washington, D.C. She is the first female artist to be signed to J. Cole's label Dreamville Records. The first single, Pho in October 21st, 2016, was released via Dreamville Records. Her career began to grow in the attention of her peers. Shea Butter Baby is her debut album. The album was released in May of 2019. Ari Lennox began uploading her music on the internet in 2012, as she dropped her first mixtape, Five Finger Discount and debut EP Ariography in the year 2013. In 2014, she debuted new music through the internet including Bound. In July of 2015, Omen featured her on his album Elephant Eyes featuring the track Sweat it Out. J.
